A: That sounds great. How was it?
B: It was intense, but I feel really good now. I’m glad I went.
A: That’s awesome. Did you do any specific exercises?
B: Yeah, we focused on strength training today. We did a lot of squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
A: Wow, that sounds challenging. How long did you work out for?
B: About an hour and a half. It was a pretty long session, but it went by quickly.
