After listening and reading the text again, I found three things interesting. Firstly, the fact that the Titanic was considered unsinkable and had all the latest safety features, yet it still sank. Secondly, the bravery and selflessness of the passengers and crew on both the Titanic and the Costa Concordia, who worked together to help each other during the disasters. Lastly, the impact that these disasters had on the cruise industry, leading to stricter safety regulations and procedures.
If I experienced either of these disasters, it would be a terrifying and traumatic experience. If I were on the Titanic, I would feel a sense of disbelief and shock as the ship began to sink. I would try to find a lifeboat and help others to safety, but the chaos and panic would make it difficult. I would feel a sense of sadness and loss for those who did not survive.
If I were on the Costa Concordia, I would feel a sense of confusion and fear as the ship began to tilt and take on water. I would try to find a way to escape and help others, but the darkness and chaos would make it difficult. I would feel a sense of relief and gratitude for those who helped me to safety, but also a sense of sadness and anger for those who did not survive.
Overall, experiencing either of these disasters would be a traumatic and life-changing event, and my thoughts go out to those who were affected by them.
