As they followed the text in the book, they learned that Rik Morell was currently on an expedition in the Amazon rainforest. Kate, Sam and Josie were excited to hear this, as they had always been fascinated by the Amazon and its wildlife.
They decided to plan a trip to the Amazon to meet Rik Morell and learn more about his adventures. They looked up information about the Amazon and made a list of things they would need for their trip, such as insect repellent, hiking boots and a map.
After weeks of preparation, they finally set off on their journey. They traveled by plane, boat and on foot, navigating through the dense jungle and encountering many different animals along the way.
Finally, they arrived at Rik Morell’s campsite. They were thrilled to meet him and hear about his adventures in person. Rik Morell showed them around the campsite and introduced them to his team of explorers.
Kate, Sam and Josie spent several days with Rik Morell, learning about the Amazon and its wildlife, and hearing about his adventures. They even got to go on a hike with him and see some of the amazing sights he had discovered.
In the end, Kate, Sam and Josie returned home with a newfound appreciation for the Amazon and its wildlife, and a deep respect for Rik Morell and his incredible achievements as an explorer.
