After listening to the radio programme about annoying public behaviour, I mostly agree with the second speaker who talked about people who talk loudly on their mobile phones in public places. I completely agree with this statement as I have personally experienced this kind of behaviour many times. It is frustrating when you are trying to concentrate on something or have a conversation with someone, and someone nearby is talking loudly on their phone, disturbing the peace and quiet of the place.
