Playing in teams and guessing an animal by asking questions is a fun and engaging activity that can help develop critical thinking and communication skills. The first team starts by thinking of an animal and keeping it a secret from the other team. The second team then asks five questions to try and guess which animal it is.
In this example, team B asks three questions: «Has it got wings?», «Can it run?» and «Is it big?». Team A responds with «No, it hasn’t», «Yes, it can» and «No, it isn’t» respectively. Based on these answers, team B can eliminate animals that have wings, cannot run, or are big, and focus on animals that fit the criteria.
The game continues with each team taking turns to think of an animal and answer questions until one team correctly guesses the animal. This activity not only promotes teamwork and collaboration but also encourages players to think critically and creatively to come up with the right questions and answers.
