Host Family: Hi, [name]. Welcome to our home. We’re the [surname] family.
Student A: Thank you for having me. I’m really excited to be here.
Host Family: We’re excited to have you. How was your journey?
Student A: It was good, thank you. A bit tiring, but I’m glad to be here now.
Host Family: Well, we’re glad you made it safely. Let us show you around the house and your room.
Student A: That would be great, thank you.
Host Family: Here’s the living room, where we spend most of our time. And here’s the kitchen, where we’ll have meals together. Your room is upstairs, let’s go take a look.
Student A: Wow, it’s a really nice room. Thank you so much.
Host Family: You’re welcome. If you need anything, just let us know. We want you to feel at home here.
Student A: That’s really kind of you. I’m looking forward to getting to know you all better.
Host Family: Us too. We have some plans for the weekend, would you like to join us?
Student A: Yes, I would love to.
Host Family: Great. We’ll give you more details later. For now, why don’t you rest and settle in? Dinner will be ready in an hour.
