1. Vegan lifestyle:

Disadvantages:

Personally, I would choose a vegan lifestyle because I believe in the health, environmental, and ethical benefits. However, I recognize that each lifestyle has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the choice ultimately depends on individual values and priorities.
