I live in a quiet residential area with a mix of houses and small apartment buildings. The main street in my neighborhood is called Maple Avenue, which runs east to west. On the corner of Maple Avenue and Elm Street, there is a small convenience store called Maple Mart. Next to it is a two-story brick building that houses a dental clinic on the first floor and a law office on the second floor. Across the street from Maple Mart is a park with a playground and a basketball court. Continuing down Maple Avenue, there is a row of houses on both sides of the street. Most of them are two-story, with small front yards and driveways. At the end of Maple Avenue, there is a large apartment complex called Maplewood Apartments. It has four buildings, each with three floors and a total of 60 units. Overall, my neighborhood is a peaceful and friendly place to live.
